Hi, I'm Amber, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and co-founder of Love Forward ABA. With over ten years of experience supporting children and families, I believe some of the most meaningful learning happens when children feel safe, connected, and genuinely enjoy the process. I love blending learning with play and creating opportunities for growth through curiosity, laughter, and everyday moments that feel natural and engaging.

My path into this field grew from a deep interest in supporting people and communities. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from San Diego State University and, as I began working more closely with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, I became especially drawn to the ways positive reinforcement and data-driven strategies could create meaningful and lasting change.

That passion led me to earn my Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University, where I was able to deepen my understanding of the science behind the work I had grown to love. Since then, I have continued to build my experience across home, school, and clinical settings while staying current with research and best practices in the field.

Today, I strive to provide compassionate, individualized, and neuro-affirming ABA services that build meaningful skills while honoring each child's unique strengths, interests, and personality. Whether we're working on communication, social skills, emotional regulation, daily living skills, or independence, my goal is to make learning motivating, empowering, and fun.

I also believe parents and caregivers are essential partners in every child's success. I value building strong relationships with families, celebrating progress together, and providing practical strategies that can be carried into everyday life. At Love Forward ABA, I hope every family feels welcomed, supported, heard, and confident as we move forward together.

That shared belief in connection, compassion, and joyful learning is exactly what inspired me to co-found Love Forward ABA alongside Brian. Together, our goal is to create an organization where high-quality clinical care and genuine relationships with families remain at the center of everything we do.

Outside of work, I'm an Inglewood, California native who loves trying new cuisines and traveling to new places. I live with my fiancé and our daughter, and I cherish the time we spend together exploring new experiences as a family.

Hi, I'm Brian, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and co-founder of Love Forward ABA. At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: every learner deserves patience, creativity, and genuine care, and every family deserves to feel confident and supported along the way.

I'm especially passionate about early intervention, family collaboration, and supporting Spanish-speaking and first-generation families as they navigate their ABA journey.

My path into ABA began in 2014 while searching for a career that connected my background in psychology with my passion for education. I quickly fell in love with discovering what motivates each learner and finding creative ways to teach based on their individual strengths and interests.

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Master's degree in Education with an emphasis in Educational Technology from California State University, Fullerton. While completing my graduate degree, I also completed my ABA coursework through UMass Global.

Today, much of my clinical focus is in early intervention with children ages 2 to 8. I also enjoy working closely with caregivers and developing systems that support consistent, compassionate, and high-quality ABA care.

Outside of work, I'm a Los Angeles native who grew up in Long Beach. My wife and I moved to California's Central Valley in 2021, where we've enjoyed trading the city for mountain views with our Australian Shepherd, Ranger.
